New Knowledge

Listen, baby. We are integrating new knowledge. New information is constantly flowing in. Especially right now as we are in this great awakening. Everything is manifesting quicker, everything is moving quicker. The opportunity to learn and grow and evolve, the opportunity to manifest all of our thoughts, our words, our feelings, our emotions, is all super heightened, exacerbated. It’s all for our benefit, but we have to know how to use this new energy, this fast moving energy. This new infusion of light codes that are on the earth plane to the benefit of manifestation. We have to be careful because words are spells, words are spells, words are spells. What we say, what we think, what we do and how we act all has huge impact. So we use this time to integrate and integrate and integrate new knowledge, and with that we have the opportunity to expand and grow. For instance the other day, I did a meditation. The meditation was releasing old childhood wounds to put the wounded inner child in a place of peace and light, and support. A place to be supported by other light beings that will love and cherish her. And what I realized in this meditation is I needed to rest as I felt the energy shifting in my body, that with this one meditation I had done the work that would have taken me years and years and years to do. I’ve been working with my wounded inner child for many many years but in that one 30-minute meditation I was able to move that inner child immediately into a safe space where that energy will no longer affect me or pull me down in my day to day living. Prior to this, if I was triggered my response would be the wounded inner child responding to some trigger in life and as she’s now healed and safe, those triggers have been healed. Since the wounded child is now in a safe space, she’s no longer affecting my decisions and my reactions, so it’s really important in this time right now to use it to the best of our ability. We have this opportunity to grow and become less dense in our energies to process all of our shadow self. All of our dark, karmic, ways to just become lighter and lighter, freer, happier, and more joyful. As you process the dark, what fills it is light. Then you become less heavy in your energy and you just bring in these light codes, and you vibrate so much higher. It is an easier way to exist. It is so refreshing, it’s so peaceful, joyful and just in my own life I can see the difference in the way my body works. In the way that people see me, the energy that I have, the flow that is now part of my life, is easier. Everything’s easier. Everything is more joyful. It is so important to use this time wisely.

The Alchemist

I see myself as an alchemist, and what that means to me is that I transmute energy from lower frequencies to higher frequencies. And I do that through my creative flow. I’m constantly, constantly, constantly creating. The way that my mind works is that I’m always looking for solutions to every problem that arises. So, with an active mind you have to be careful because it can overthink, and again, thoughts are powerful, so if you come to a problem where you’re overthinking in any kind of negative way, then you can get yourself stuck and start spiraling where you’re actually not co-creating with Spirit into a higher frequency, you’re getting stuck in lower frequencies of worry and confusion. I always call in Spirit and my Guardian Angels and my Light Workers to assist me in raising my vibration. This keeps me in growth, constant growth. That’s the way that I see life is constant growth, constant evolution, the opportunity to continually flow and co-create with Spirit a higher and better version of yourself and how you can be of service to others around you, to earth plane, to humanity. To me, that is the point of life, to be of service of growth and evolution of ourselves and humanity and planet earth, by being an alchemist.

Alchemy

Alchemy is the transmutation of energy from lower frequencies to higher frequencies. I think a lot of people think of an alchemist as using metal or something to create a different form. Transmuting energy, changing the form of energy to another form. So, in my life, in my work, in everything I do, that is the goal. To transmute energy from lower frequencies to a higher frequency. I remember when I was a teenager I started working, at 17, I started working at a restaurant (I’ve always worked many jobs) and in this one instance at this restaurant, I noticed a lot of customers would come in and I would wait on their tables and they would often be irritated or unhappy in some way. So I decided that to make my life more easy and more joyful that I had a goal, I set the goal to turn their frowns upside down, and to use my time with them to, in a way, heal them or transmute their energy so that they were going from lower frequencies to higher frequencies. I just used my engagement, my smile, my love, and conversation. I’d use my intuition to see where they were at, to meet them where they were, but then to slowly raise that energy, raise that vibration. And what I noticed in doing so is that my tips got bigger, although that’s not why I initially started this challenge, it was because it made me happier to work on happier people, to work with happier people, and to wait on happier people. So that’s what I did. This first restaurant I worked at, I worked at for 7 years, and I spent 7 years doing that. I spent 7 years working with people and transmuting their energy. So I’ve taken that into my life now and what I do in my interior design or in my shop is I use the opportunity of my engagement with my customers or my clients or the people that work with me, or the space that I use, to raise that vibration of energy.

Coco’s Trading Post

So in my shop, and with my girls that work with me, I have slowly trained them over time to use that space to do the same thing I had done in the restaurant. My goal is that when anybody walks through the door that they feel the “aloha spirit”. Enjoying a space that’s clean, and it’s organized, that the pieces in there are inspiring and have a story. Everything in Coco’s Trading Post is selected and chosen out of love, for the common good of bringing joy through items to the people that come into my shop to purchase them. In my interior design business, I do the same. I consider myself a collector. I love things, items, objects that speak of places and peoples and cultures. I just had a job on Kauai where a lady who was also a collector. I went into her house and the job was basically that she had so many beautiful things that she had collected, but the way they were displayed at her house it was overpowering and the energy wasn’t flowing nicely because of the way that these items were displayed and placed. Sometimes when it is your own home, even if you are quite artistic which this client was very artistic, because it’s your own home and your own pieces and everything has a meaning and emotional connection, it is harder to see it from a pulled back perspective, where you can rearrange and place things in a way where energy flows nicely. My job was to go into this lady’s house and originally we thought, or at least she thought, that items had to be removed. Oftentimes I do remove items to clean up the energy and the flow, but in this case I was so inspired by her pieces because she’s so much like me, a collector, that I went in and I slowly started arranging a lot of art on the walls. I arranged the collages, I took everything off, I rearranged some of her furniture placement. But mostly I was working with her accessories, and we went room by room and we accessorized, and we placed pictures and redid collages. And what we realized, is that I was actually able to bring more of her items out and incorporate them throughout her space. Rather than taking items away, we were able to add items. We did it in a very calculated way so we were able to add collages that were very cohesive and went together. What I was able to do in this space was create a flow of energy, create open spaces where energy could flow through the halls and through the intentional empty wall spaces, but then compact the collages so that it was kind of like a museum where you could walk through and look at different wall collages that made a cohesive story all tightly compacted together. But then there was open space to where you got to the next place where you could stop and look through the collage. In this way, we created a movement of energy that flowed through her house, through her hallways, through her wall space, through her furniture placement, through her space in a beautiful way. I was able to transmute the energy of her home and how it flowed through her space so it could be interpreted by a visitor in this beautiful way of engaging with her items and her space. That’s just one example of how I transmute energy as I work with space.

Flowers

I also am an alchemist when I work with flowers. With flowers, it’s a different type of engagement. With transmuting energy you really have to tap into your intuition, you have to really flow and co-create with Spirit. With flowers it has become such a meditative state for me. As I’m doing the arranging, I use the flow of the flower and I co-create with the flowers. I use my sight, my hands, my interpretation of the flow of the energy and then I work with the flowers and how they best look together. I’m focused on how that arrangement will affect the people that see it. There’s an opportunity with a flower arrangement, for that one living piece, as it is living in someone’s space or on a table or at a wedding or wherever that flower arrangement is to be used, that living organism of this flower arrangement will in its own way transmute energy. So the work is to assist it in coming together in a beautiful format, for it to be put into a space and put into its own job of then transmuting the energy of that space. It is such a beautiful way to work with something that is also alive, also who’s job is to transmute energy. Flowers, for me, is such a joyful and meditative process to create and work with these flowers to create a beautiful piece that will then sit in space and work with the energy of the humans in that space whichever way that space is used.

Transmuting Energy

With all of the different ways I transmute energy, I am asking, “How do I use energy as an Alchemist to raise the frequency, vibration of that space or that flower arrangement or that item that someone buys in my shop?” So that when it is taken then back to their home and that energy that has been funneled and fueled and focused in on, and is now housed in that item, in that space, in that place, in that flower arrangement to go on to affect a space and the humans that engage in that space. My entire job now is to work with energy in space and in items. I am so honored that this is my job and my life’s work. I get to transmute energy through creation and I am blessed that this is what I get to do in the world and this is how I choose to spend my time and my energy. Now, I see myself as I look back on my life and where I’ve come and what I started doing in that restaurant and have realized this is what I do with my time everyday. I see myself as an Alchemist. In every way I see that I am an Alchemist and work with Alchemy in life. I thank Spirit and all of my Light Team and Light Workers, my Angels and Ascended Masters and my Ancestors that allow me to be in service in this way on the Earth Plane for humanity and Mother Earth. It is a complete honor.
